We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. Please take note of the following cancellation policy to help us maintain our schedule and provide fair service to all clients:
- Notice Requirement
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This gives us the opportunity to reallocate your appointment time and avoid disruption to other clients. - Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if you do not show up at all (“no-show”), you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost (or a specified fixed amount) or lose any deposit paid. - Pre-paid Services
For any service that has been prepaid in full or in part (including deposits), cancellations made in accordance with this policy will be refunded or applied as credit at our discretion. If the cancellation does not meet the notice requirement, prepaid fees are non-refundable unless approved by management in special circumstances. - Rescheduling
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. You may reschedule without penalty if you do so with the required notice. Rescheduling within the 48-hour period may incur the same fee as a late cancellation. - Special Requests & Extended Hours
Please note: For appointments scheduled on Friday and Saturday, which are offered only by special request and may incur an extra fee, the same cancellation policy applies. The additional fee may also become due if the appointment is cancelled late or you fail to show up. - How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by [insert preferred method: phone, email, online booking system] and receive confirmation of the change. Until you receive confirmation, the appointment remains booked. - Exceptions
We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to required prepayment for future bookings.
